Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager, the Heavy-Duty Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of equipment and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The Heavy-Duty Mechanic will communicate with site personnel on a consistent basis to ensure the equipment is operating safely and efficiently. This role is on a rotational schedule where camp accommodations are provided, and there will be a day shift and night shift required.

Reporting to the Survey Lead, the Field Surveyor will conduct daily staking as per project designs. The Field Surveyor will liaise with Survey Leads, Survey Managers, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents to ensure duties are being completed as per project guidelines and standards. This rotational based position requires 12-hour shifts where camp accommodations will be provided.

Reporting to the Site Foreman, the Heavy Equipment Operators will be operating excavators, bulldozers, and/or graders on a daily basis. The Heavy Equipment Operators will be working on a rotational basis in a remote location where camp accommodations and meals will be provided. The project sites are located in Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario and require day and night shifts.
