Reporting to the VP, Buildings & Infrastructure/General Contracting, the Project Manager is responsible for the financial, scheduling, contractual, and subcontractor management aspects of the project(s) they have been assigned. The Project Manager will liaise with internal project personnel as well as the owner and their representatives. This is a Winnipeg-based role with occasional travel to specific project locations.

Reporting to a Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will have varying assignments based on project needs. The position offers a mix of both field and office-based work, with the potential for remote location assignments, where camp accommodations will be provided. You will be assigned to a Project Manager and work alongside other University of Manitoba (U of M) and Red River College (RRC) graduates, contributing to collaborative efforts within the project team. The role provides opportunities to interact with all levels of project design and construction team members, offering a comprehensive learning experience in project administration and technical support.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Superintendent is responsible for the daily operations of specific projects including but not limited to project scheduling, Foreman reporting, project safety and monitoring project budgets. This position will be working on various project locations in Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario.
