PROJECT MANAGER, BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Division Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the financial, scheduling, contractual, and subcontractor management aspects of the project(s) they have been assigned. The Project Manager will liaise with internal project personnel as well as the owner and their representatives. This role will require travel to specific project locations and a flexible working schedule.
SUPERINTENDENT, BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Division Manager, the Superintendent is responsible for the daily operations of specific projects including but not limited to project scheduling, Foreman reporting, project safety and monitoring project budgets. This position will be working in a remote location where all accommodations and travel are provided.
ESTIMATOR, BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP, Engineering and Estimating, the Estimator will focus on analyzing and interpreting tender documents to prepare detailed execution plans and cost estimates for our General Contracting Division pursuits in the commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, and infrastructure markets. The Estimator will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other Operations team members on daily basis regarding project development activities.
EXCAVATOR/DOZER OPERATOR
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Site Foreman, the Heavy Equipment Operators will be operating excavators, bulldozers, and/or graders on a daily basis. The Heavy Equipment Operators will be working on a rotational basis in a remote location where camp accommodations and meals will be provided. The project sites are located in Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario and require day and night shifts.
FIELD SURVEYOR
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Survey Lead, the Field Surveyor will conduct daily staking as per project designs. The Field Surveyor will liaise with Survey Leads, Survey Managers, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents to ensure duties are being completed as per project guidelines and standards. This rotational based position requires 12-hour shifts where camp accommodations will be provided.
HEAVY-DUTY MECHANIC
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager, the Heavy-Duty Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of equipment and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The Heavy-Duty Mechanic will communicate with site personnel on a consistent basis to ensure the equipment is operating safely and efficiently. This role is on a rotational schedule where camp accommodations are provided, and there will be a day shift and night shift required.
CLASS 1 TRUCK DRIVER
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Trucking Dispatcher, the Class 1 Truck Driver is responsible for transporting freight of different sorts including dry van loads and overweight and over dimensional loads. This is a permanent, full-time position and will require a flexible working schedule.
SITE FOREMAN
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the General Foreman or Superintendent, the Site Foreman is responsible for the daily operations of an assigned crew while being directly responsible for safety, production and adherence to company policies and procedures. This is a remote and rotational based position on site that requires flexible working hours.
