At Sigfusson Northern LTD we are committed to ensuring the safety, health and well being of our employees, subcontractors and those who visit our workplace. All employees follow a strict Safety, Health and Environment plan which is continuously being reviewed and updated to meet all provincial standards. We are dedicated to achieving an incident free and environmentally responsible workplace which in turn translates into lower total costs to our clients.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to employee training and offer many programs to help develop the skills of all our staff. This includes both permanent and seasonal employees. We are also committed to working with and training local residents of the many northern locations we work in. This is a win-win situation as the local employees are able to develop new skills which they can carry with them for future opportunities and, in many cases, SNL is able to retain many of these employees for long-term projects occuring elsewhere.
